Equipment Selection Guide
For each practice, swimmers should have:
1) Reusable water bottle with their name on it;
2) Goggles* - nothing that covers the nose, something that will last;
3) Kickboard* - solid, no fabric, no hand holds;
4) Fins* - soft rubber with long blade and heel cup;
5) two tennis balls;
6) Mesh equipment bag*;
7) Single-piece swim suit (should be a very snug fit)*;
8) Swim cap*, latex or silicone, if their hair is long enough to cover their eyes. Try and find a light color--swimmers will be training in full sun
