Medina Valley Swim Club

For each practice, swimmers should have:
1) Reusable water bottle with their name on it;
2) Goggles - nothing that covers the nose, something that will last (options in MVSC team store);
3) Kickboard - solid, no fabric, no hand holds (options in MVSC team store);
4) Fins - soft rubber with long blade and heel cup (options in MVSC team store);
5) two tennis balls;
6) Mesh equipment bag (examples in MVSC team store).

Optional:
*pull buoy (Junior size if under 140 lbs)
