Last Saturday (Oct 07, 2023) I wrote in the weekly team email that you would be receiving a USA Swimming safety policy (for minor athlete protection) that needs to be read though and would need positive confirmation of its receipt and your agreement. The policy is attached.

There's nothing wild in it--just common sense put into writing. Please consider it an additional layer of communication about team policies that set expectations for the coach-athlete relationship. 

Give it a read; share it with your swimmer(s). And after you've done that, please email me at [email protected] with the subject line "MAAPP accepted--(swimmer's name)."
